Your Daily
Creative Practice
6 hours a day. Two bodies of work. One consistent practice that builds income and a licensing career at the same time.
The Daily Plan
Every day is divided into three blocks. Morning for Spoonflower. Afternoon for licensing. A short social window woven in throughout.
Create Your Coordinate
+Draw and finish one coordinate pattern for Spoonflower. Keep it simple, clean, sellable. Don't overthink it. One pattern per day.
Quick Trend Check
+Before uploading, spend 10 mins checking if your pattern aligns with this week's trend keywords from your cheat sheet. Adjust the title and tags accordingly. This is not a full research session — that happens on Monday only.
Upload & Metadata
+- Subject word first in the title. Example: "Daisy Floral Coordinate" not "Floral Coordinate Daisy"
- Add at least 2 vibe words. Example: Whimsical, Moody, Cottagecore
- Write a description that includes the scale. Example: "Small scale repeat, motifs approx 1 inch"
- Write 13 unique tags. No repeating the word Fabric in every tag
- Use your cheat sheet keywords in the title and tags
Licensing Collection Design
+This is completely separate from your coordinates. Design intentional pieces for your licensing portfolio. Think greeting cards, notebooks, bedding, gift wrap, stationery. Ask yourself: which brand would put this on their product?
Daily Licensing Business Task
+Rotates each day — see the weekly plan for what to do on each specific day. Could be research, outreach, portfolio building, or follow-up.
